Police dog locates fleeing suspect
A Pawcatuck man fleeing police in a stolen car crashed into the Pawcatuck River early Sunday morning.
Kevin Berube, 30, of 370 Greenhaven Road, allegedly stole a 2003 Honda Odyssey from Westerly around midnight. He was able to evade police and headed toward Stonington, police said.
