If you notice right after the guy fires the gun he takes his left hand and taps it on the car several times to get the dog in that direction. If it wasn't a training video the guy would have tried to shoot the dog or freaked out and started backing up or running away before the dog got to the car. When it's this cold... I'm bundled up so thick that I can hardly move! Then, there's body armor. Don't know why he was in that parking lot shooting, but he may well have had a reason to have his trunk covered w/ body armor. If it were training, I'd think he'd have hand protection.
