Google says This site may harm your computer

January 31st, 2009 | by admin |

I know this will be hard to believe. A part of Google went down this morning, around 9:00am CST on Saturday Jan 31, 2009

The message, “This site may harm your computer” was coming up on every computer we tried a Google search on. We thought it was our location, so we called around, and everyone we talked to saw the same thing. I think it only lasted about an hour, but I am sure there will be news stories about it later today. Somewhere from 8:30am to 9:20am CST.

It was a shock to see how much we expect of Google’s reliability.

And think about how exceptionaly reliable google normally is.
