Corrupt Child Protection Agents Steal Kids

While protecting children is a must, the current system in place allows for major abuse of power as each child removed from the home means a money rewards for the CPS office to the tune of thousands of dollars per kid. Every once and awhile a child who needs to be saved from harm actually is helped, but more often than not, children who are not abused or neglected get targeted and taken to meet state quotas for the federal funds. Mainstream media looks the other way because these agencies would accuse them of not supporting child welfare, while corrupt CPS caseworkers (not the good ones, the bad ones, as there are good workers out there) but the corrupt ones tear good, loving families apart and get away with it. Kudos to the local station who put this out for public broadcast!

    I’ve been looking …
    I’ve been looking to see what, if anything, can or is being done over the last few weeks. It looks like some people are resorting to RICO lawsuits, and from what I’m seeing it looks promising.

    The other thing to consider is to file a complaint against the social workers license. The key is not to file before you have clear evidence of a violation of their license, such as neglect. I don’t think they can continue working for DCF without a license.

    This is a losing …
    This is a losing battle. I’ve been there, reported literal kidnapping and other abuse to everyone possible and it is ignored. I can actually prove that a 12 year old child was kidnapped in Brainerd MN in 1989 and placed in a juvenile correctional facility. When his mother reported him missing two days later Social Services filed a CHIPS petition to take custody of him stating he was a runaway and a truent. It’s hard to go home or go to school when you’re being held against your will.

    My kids were taken and held hostage after all allegations were found UNSUBSTANTIATED! It really needs to stop!

    You go girl!!! I’ve dealt with these vultures myself and I don’t blame you at all.I think CPS workers should be investigated since more abuse goes on in thier care and foster care then can even be compared to what real parents do.Its sick!

After the first one is over, where the child was hurt in care, she is going to sue again for what happened with the jail incident, when they literally kidnapped her children.

    The scary thing is they actually DO do this to steal babies. Did you know that the CPS in California gets $16,000 for every kid they take? It’s in THEIR best interest to take kids away, how does that not invite corruption? Ridiculous.

    that’s when video cameras come in handy, mind you i lost my kids when i pulled one out. they’ve been in care for almost 2 months over nothing and the ‘investigator’ admitted it to my lawyer. welfare gets paid to destroy lives over bullshit allegations they find a way to make seem true. it’s usually always welfare who has the concerns and no one else. these people need to off and raise their own kids and quit stealing ours!

    Yep they did that to my family too. Back in the late 90s. They told my dad I could see the siblings they kidnapped if I agreed never to talk to my dad again. So my dad brought me into the room and told the to repeat it. The worker, Rick McDonald from Barrie CAS denied saying a thing. CAS is all about divide and conquer, NOT strengthening families like they claim.

    More parents need to be this brave. As a Christian, I will obey the law, but when the law gets corrupt, that’s when you need to stick to God’s law.
    I pray those kids were honestly better off wherever the mother took them.

    In the Netherlands childprotection has been totally privatized. Bjz workers actually ask tens of thousands cash in hand from parents so they may see their children and to keep the children out of the worst places. Jails are used to keep innocent children even 7 year olds. They can only go outside for 2 hours/day. They never leave the jail until they are 21.

    it’s near impossible to sue them no one wants to go up against them, that’s the problem i’m having now. you should still go after them legally, there’s no statue of limitations in some of these cases, i’d find out.
